Fire, Water Damage & Flood Restoration Services

CIS understands and are fully aware of the stresses and traumas caused by the lengthy and complicated process of returning your property to its original condition.  There are few things worse than fire or flood damage and the after math  this causes. At CIS we endeavour to meet our clients needs sympathetically  to make life as easy as possible at this most difficult time.

Fire

After a fire, the restoration works should only be carried out effectively by the
professionals. There are many different types of fires which produce different
types of residue and require specialist restoration.

Speed is of the essence and the immediate response of our dedicated Fire
Damage Restoration Team ensures the first steps to stopping secondary
damage are put into place immediately.

CIS employ cutting edge technologies and methods for fire
decontamination works available.

Once CIS have completed the decontamination phase, the property will
be ready for reinstatement works to commence.

Water damage to a building can be caused by an array of different reasons,
from a burst water tank or leaky pipe to local flooding. As soon as we receive the call from the customer, our office dispatch one of our friendly, experienced flood restoration technicians immediately.

Water Damage & Flood

Tailored drying plans for each property  are designed to ensure the perfect drying conditions for the property.

The primary key to dealing with flood is to remove the standing water and prevent secondary damage. CIS’s fleet of liquid Vacuumation Units have the ability to remove vast amouts of standing water to complete this critical phase of any project.

Remediation works can then begin, which include the removal of all affected materials. Once this has completed the drying plan can be implememnted.

Our experienced technicians periodically visit the property to access the drying process by taking surface, in depth and hygrometer box readings, with Protimeter Reading Equipment.

Once the readings are ‘pre-condition’, a drying certificate can be issued in order to certify that the property is back to its pre-damaged state.
